your final report

You will generally receive a finalized report from McCoy and McCoy the same day as we do your inspection. We thrive to meet this time line, however we do not want to rush through this process and it could take up to the next business day to compile and complete.

We will give you a detailed written report of all that we found. In this report will be photos of the items we feel need addressed, and make our recommendation as to what the best way to approach correction any of those problems we may have found.

Almost no home is going to be perfect (even new or recently built construction). Our inspectors will usually discover some issues needing attention or that you as the buyer and seller should be aware of.

Our home inspections and reports are completed and prepared by the TREC (Texas Real Estate Commission) Standards of Practice. You may download a copy of these standards here TREC Inspection SOP.
